Nope but there are two relevant facts I can't Ignore

A. Nihilum ruled the server for what 2 years?

B. The population on red remained dismal for two years

Which leads to only one logical conclusion. Nihilum while being good for it's guild members was bad for the server.

Following that same logic I see the reverse.

A. Holocaust has ruled the server for 3 months

B. The server population has increased more in the past 3 months than the past 3 years.

Which leads me to believe Holocaust is good for the server. You could debate that but it would go against empirical evidence and logical deduction.
