I think its just an area thing. People out west dont know what Dunkin Doughnuts is. People up north dont know what Huddle House is. People out east dont know what a In-N-Out burger is. People down south speak funny and have less teeth.

hard for me to relate. I have traveled up and down, side to side through the U.S. about a dozen times. lived and traveled overseas and shit too.
after doing all that a few times you start to see just how ignorant and weird sheltered individuals that don't ever leave their immediate surroundings can be. Example: Eslade thinks its normal to fuck his siblings and shit. Just jump on a Greyhound bro and take a break and see some sites.
