Members of the jury might have some bias against anything/anyone carrying flaming blazing fiery flamey pansy-swords. Just so yu know!

Jury overrules. We find the defendants guilty and to see a 3 days suspension put in place.

The court requests evidence as required by the rules of petitioning in the case of Kill Steal Infraction, as such:

When petitioning a kill steal, please include all parties involved, the exact name of the mob, and a timestamp of it's death (preferably taken from a log file for closest accurateness).

Once the court receives this information, the FBRI (Federal Bureau of Rogean Investigation) will investigate the case and provide the court with it's conclusion.

If it pleases the court I would like to set this matter for re-trial at another date on the basis that my client cannot give an admissible testimony, seeing as he is at the time under the influence of a schedule I substance.

Evidence provided by the defendant (see Eldub, Grimor, and Getsome of Inglourious Basterds) proves that my clients were in fact clearing Fire Giants when the plantiff (Toop & Co.) trained them in an attempt to "leap frog" to engage Magi Rokyl.

After this event took place my clients then proceeded to go forth and "leap frog" Toop & Co. while receiving first aggro, which stated by Rogean in the Raid Play-Nice Policy grants them the rights to Magi Rokyl.
