so once again you're victim-blaming other raids because TMO cannot control their wipes? if TMO is incapable of killing trak, they should yield to the actually prepared raiders on the server rather than train them and then tell them it was their own fault for TMO training them.

This is the victim shaming portion of the thread. We've already passed the "it wasn't our fault" stage and we're fast approaching "fuck class R / BDA"

Someone wake me up when we get there.

It's not victim shaming. It's common sense. We don't keep our guild in game when IB engages Trak. Our first call is to camp out. We actually get onto our raiders if they die on another guilds engage because it's completely retarded to stay logged in. It accomplishes nothing for no one. You know nothing good can come of it if the other guild wipes. People say you are a decent raid leader. I know you understand this. The only reason to stay in game is to cause an issue that you can catch on fraps and petition.

But reckless tactics have nothing to do with it? It's easy to subscribe to the idea of making that pixel omlette requires you to break a few pixel eggs but at what point does the staff draw the line between skilled raid strat and blatantly reckless strat that wipes the competition

You are aware instances aren't around yet? There is inherent risk in EQ. Did you parents never let you ride a bicycle?

Are you suggesting that to engage Trakanon everyone must set up camp at Fungi King and move from there? You realize there are mobs that path there also?

I remember Yibz training the hell out of the A-Team at the zone in and then starting a long RNF about how it was all our fault for being in the wrong spot. Rogean banned him anyway.

The old world dragons are easy to compete over. VP isn't too bad if you have a good pull crew. For everything else, two raid forces in the same zone is just dumb and leads to a shitshow. And it all just ends up being more and more rules.

Also Alarti, if Rogean offered to admin a new blue server with a strict PNP and rotations on all normal spawns, it would be funded within 24 hours. Hopefully Rogean will give everyone the opportunity to "prove it".

Couple things:

1. Waiting until CT is up to go into Fear for a casual clear is fucking stupid.

2. Rogean himself said the train was unintentional.

3. Nobody had ever set up camp at the zone in for an armor clear while CT was up and contested before or since that day. There's a reason for that. Hint: see point 1.

Just an aside to the folks that are calling for a new hardcore class C server - you know there's already a strictly casual server, right? EZ server. You start next to a vendor you can buy you epics for 0pp. Sounds like it would be right up your alley. Just a thought.

are you fucking stupid or just dense?

A-Team was already in Fearplane and it was an Earthquake that spawns CT

then min later you show up and train the fuck out of them.....they did not 'casually' zone into Fear in the middle of a repop to clear some armor mobs at the WW

this is why TMO is such a plague, their mindset is that everyone that is not doing what they are doing is wrong always.
