The Event is too laggy for some of us

Wait why am I included in that list? I totally got the LR leggings last night and they rock so hard despite being ugly as all getout on humans.

Excuse me for thinking that character development is fun in an RPG, and that effort towards it should be shown.

Lustrous Russet is a good event item. It was still being handed out in GM events circa 2003ish? Not sure after that.

The % was greater than it should have been, as Rogean indicated. But, statistically, its not that bad, imo. I never got a piece of gm-holiday event loot on live because I was never at home on a holiday :P

With the amount of players on the server, the amount of loot given out at this once-a-year holiday event.. is negligible.

Keep in mind, in contrast to live prekunark, we don't have a full brigade of Ogre newbies on the server with full suits of Lustrous. Prior to the level limit being added to fearplane, they were in there ninja looting and/or training to loot. Just an FYI/IMO, compared to historic eqlive, this event is nothing in LR distribution %s to players.

If the zone was handling 350-400 clients, that's what I'm impressed with. Last year's Halloween gathering caused zone crashes if player entities in the zone exceeded 130ish. Big difference.
