So from your post it seems you think that Current IB is the same as Past IB? Do you also think current TMO is the same as Past TMO?

Were you around for those server firsts? Did you realize many of them were obtained with GM intervention and exploit methods? Charming Faeries in PoSky, Hobby CH's, etc.
Even if you ignore that you need to look at the competition of that era (if you want to appear to be logical).
IB got alot of server firsts against relatively no competition. Divinity and Transcendence were considered competition back then(lol). IB consistently just absorbed their competition, and really anyone else they could, rather than compete with them. There wasn't variance and getting kills consisted of being the first guild to start a poopsock (first with 15 on spawn rule).

IB had some competition in Kunark with Ascension and its various forms but they never had reliable leadership to compete fully. Until TMO and we all know how that turned out. TMO won, utterly dominated IB in VP, and drove IB to commit mass RMT and run to Wow emu's and EQMac.

Will they get server firsts in Velious? Probably, mostly because most of TMO's hard players and leaders have long lost interest in this server or joined IB(LOL Zeelot, DD). We can't even get beta raid going anymore haha.

Heh most of the play makers in IB right now are TMO born and bred anyways, Keg, Snackies, tortue, etc.

But in summary, if how do you define who owns server firsts. Especially when 99% of the people who got those firsts don't even play anymore.
