Eslade definitely someone of influence, definitely has logged into EQ in the past 6 months for more than fifteen minutes, definitely has all the information after gleaning it from these historically well thought out, impartial discussions between players that threaten each other IRL on a regular basis, definitely not using numbers as the sole criteria for defining what a guild does, is and will do in the future.

we were doing fine, planar raids, epic fights... the moment we stepped up to a bigger target az wanted to squish us out.
we doing fay/hate/fear etc with people who had no mr gear and gl takig money out of bank to buy mr sets for new players.

peoples getting tells telling them guild is gunna fail blah blah blah usually toxic az shit per usual.

the whole "lets try and make a few different guilds thing" az was pushing was dead in the water at this time while az was running 35+ on raids.
