don't just assume that a hybrid will take up more exp either - "Race/Class combos with no penalty but who are 6 levels higher than you nerf your xp more than the hybrid who is the same level as you in most cases" - group with hybrids that are lower than you, or people with the same total exp in general, and it's not even a problem

This is a point that isn't brought up nearly enough.
