How do melee make money?

If you want to play the melee and make money at the same time you probably have a few options:

1) Join a group and do a camp that drops high value loot and win a roll. Howling Stones, Seb Crypt or King, etc.
2) Solo camp stuff that cons light blue or green. There are still good value drops from mobs that are lower level in mistmore, guk, permafrost, some individual outdoor mobs that drop high dollar loots.
3) Repeat the rogue epic to sell MQ's

At lower level you are mostly soloing for exp I wouldn't worry about money. Let your mage make the money to buy the rogue's stuff.
