Having an open mind and not immediately jumping to the conclusion that an altercation was motivated by race is not the same as "thinking that there is no such thing as racism and it never plays a part in anything"

At this point, after everything that has happened, if you don't admit right away that race was probubly the issue, but lets find out in court what really happened, you are being disrespectful to a bunch of people that know from first hand experiance that it was the mother fucking issue.
