not entirely sure, he had either bugged it out to not be able to auto attack or he had 2 clerics infinitely CHing him while he slowly beat it down(probably the latter)

From a clerics perspective I would guess the former would be most likely. 2 clerics is probably 6 CH's apiece clerics would be oom well before 1 person could solo it. Donno though Naggy could have been less powerfull back then.
