Dell Venue 8 Pro. Gotta turn off the particles for raiding and it will stutter a little looking at a large crowd, but for regular pick-up group EQ, there's no problems. It's a nice portable setup when you're Jonesing for EQ.

i tried on a surface pro 3 and with 1920 x 1080 res on a 12" screen i couldn't see FUCK all for text in the chat window.
