I never fought you because your strat was simple. Run up with mobs, fd and then fight. I didn't play that game. Every time I fought your rouge though I destroyed him.

Let's not forget the 12 hour suspension (LOL) he got for deliberately training fear on nihilum. I don't think nihilum members got anything less than 3 weeks per incident.

Don't think I petitioned you but it is confirmed from multiple sources many of which are other top leaderboard players that have caught ur character doing things that don't meet standard game mechanics.

But sapphia is spot on, who ever recorded nizzar on team speak has committed an actual felony and could be charged, lucky for them no one cares enough to pursue it.

PS same goes to the guys that recorded vyrenoth without his permission and put his recording up on the forum.

It's not illegal to record someone over teamspeak. If anything, in some states you can't use it as evidence. I'd love to meet your lawyer.

It is a felony to record people across multiple states (and countries) for that reason. If you are all in the same state it is a different story, but you are committing a federal offence.

Time to open your law book again.

Oh and I'm pretty sure it was used as evidence in a dispute.

First of all we need the actual recording and the proof that that it was used as evidence, which hasn't happened. You will need a p99 staff member to provide the recording that was used.

Too much effort for a lot of people over elf sim.
