I'm all for asking that lvl 40 why he quit, just not sure how to get in contact with him. A level 40, who is newer, will not know about high end game or care, I agree.

But what a new player would care about, I would think, is the idea of playing here. Why play on a server where CONSTANT rule-breakers are given the chance to come back and play?
