I give what I can! If someone were to sponsor helping new players get some basic MR/stat gear I'm sure that would build a player base that'll have the will to try pvp but also to feel invested and stay.

Not much I can do about weapons, robes, and that kind of thing but there was a red player in another thread offering to help in that aspect. You want bling tho? I can do it...and that is thanks to an investment by a certain red wizard I leveled with who invested in me when I first went to red.
