Chardok revamp is 10 months into Velious
Fear revamp is 3-4 months into Velious.

GMs have said repeatedly that they are going to give the AoN a ridiculously low drop rate after the revamp to not trivialize the item...

Velious launched 9 months after kunark on live and it's over 4 years on P99... use that formula to scale =P
