Got Wyntir, my Eidolon, to 27 and got killed a bunch in duels. Not sure if that class is gonna be practical, definitely not a killer, but warping around the field CC harassing people in group combat sounds like a blast.

In the last few hours I bought a black lilyut horse for 10 freaking GP from Mirage Island, raised it and was so happy with it. WAY faster than the elven elks and it's just beautiful.

The game feels so much like Lineage 2. I'm right at home.

The only downside I noticed to ArcheAge is the large amount of zerg-invite guilds. Guilds advertising for recruitment are boasting 200+ members and I think that's crazy. I found a nice little tight-knit guild called Ravens of the Veil which really reminds me of the old days of BDA

Wow. Pretty hard to imagine guilds that big.

Just a huge influx of people with beta and what not. Pretty common for (new) games upon release.

Got to level 21, spent most of the last day of CB3 on the feuille sound island inbetween cinderstone moor and the newbie zones, killing my own team mates, and even went to cinderstone moor and killed my own team there too. Level 21, killing level 30's. It was pretty bad ass.

since its admittedly not a killer, try switching out shadowplay for defense. go dreambreaker. i think youd be enjoy this a lot more.

50 people is fine, but 200? that's crazy. at that point you're not in a guild, but a corporation.

That's a healthy thing for a PvP centric game if population distribution is somewhat balanced between the factions. Mass PvP is pretty fun.
