54 and 59 were also hell levels.
I was in a velks lab frenzy group for 40 hours on my iksar monk and went from late 58 (1 yellow to ding) to 60. it took that long. we had the full frenzy level and above of spidies, + whatever I could grab from below as well. very little downtime for the group (none for me as i was constantly looking for targets) I think hell levels were removed (or distributed evenly amongst the other levels) at or after PoP so they'll be here to stay i imagine | ||
