I got to 2300 playing a resto druid and broke 2k with shatterplay team as a shadow priest. Was some the worst most boring pvp I've ever experienced in my life.

I don't even consider wow a PvP game.

Idk playing at top 10 (2300+) 5s was intense and fun.

And Druids were silly. Went to 2200 with 1 DC loss as Druid war on a garbage geared Druid tho was being played by once of the best holy paladins I have ever played w

In what xpac? And 2k as an spriest in shatterplay is laughable. Comp was extremely broken.

Also curious, what battlegroup? BG9 was the place to be, constantly played against Original, Woundman, Talb, Cdew, Venruki, Reckful, Vanguard, Thundawga (mah *****), Newmanlol (mah other *****), basically anyone worth a damn. Some of the best and exhilarating PvP I had was at 2400+ arenas. And I played an HPal, shittiest healer of them all (cept in Cata, 2nd shittiest).

EQ PvP isn't really skilled at all, much more of a bore. But then again I am and still am more of a fan of Asheron's Call's PvP.

IDK lol I can't even remember what server I played on, been like five years since I even logged into WoW. None of my arena partners were very good and most of their gear blew. I only broke 2300 score with resto druid because i could have facerolled the keyboard and won matches. I didn't even do arena that much.

Played holy pal all the way through season 9. One of founders for on 9 or doesn't matter, glad 6 seasons. Holy paladin were the strongest healers during most of wrath (s5-8)

I started taking arenas seriously at the tail-end of S8, I didn't get Glad any season, just a shit load of duelist/rival titles. S9 was when I started peaking and tried the hardest I could.

Paladins WERE strong healers but had no offensive potential without putting their team in jeopardy. Especially in Cata, they couldn't compare to the other classes as the top comps all used RShams/Discs. Grounding was way too good, as well as Hero/Bloodlust.

They still had their place but it is hard to avoid any CC when everything you can use against top comps is easily dispellable.

Paladin's name was Inglorious on Frostwolf until I xfered to Tichondrius (right before S9) and was Wizz (with an alt code).

Yaw I agree that hpal lacked offensive utility except for small cc with hammer, but anyway I thought you said you were on BG9, although tichondrius was probably higher level competition for arena than Kel'thuzad was for season 9

BG9 is Tichondrius, and Frostwolf. Both were in it. Refers to battlegroup Bloodlust.
