The only two reasons you listed were spam and scamming.
Scamming appears to be extraordinarily rare and...spam in EC tunnel? I don't use shout and i broadcast my odds no more often than anyone else spams their non-classic item links.
Help me understand. Is EC spam really a big priority for you?
