I was gonna give it all away, but on second thought i said to myself "Why would i make something cool for the server when they just basically suspended my account for exchanging 3 polite tells with a GM?"

uthgaard's pretty good. I think I am one of the few people to be suspended by him and actually tried to resolve the issue using the correct channels (petitions/exploits). I think if my suspension hadn't been repealed I would still have a lot of respect for him though. He's obviously very dedicated to the server and it shows with all of the recent patch notes now that half of the lines say "Uthgaard: ..." (not to diminish the commitment of other devs/GM's of course).
