Hello, I'm a new player to EQ, not to raiding per se. I played WoW from classic to Cataclysm as a competent heroic raider, recently I've shied away from WoW, and have taken a look at the original EQ and I have to say it looks amazing.

I am looking for a guild to help teach me the game, and to raid with. ingame - Valkeriy

Welcome to EQ! Im on vacation until early August, but head over to the website and fill out an app! Send a tell to an officer and come join the fun!

EQ is nothing like WoW and I think youll find it extremely fun and challenging!

Nah wasnt me! Although I created Kimja on Quellious in Jan 2000 so I think I am the original! Everyone else is just a copycat!

Oh yes, I remember Shagbert. He had some buddies-Connavar, Ginger and others whose names escape me. Lor Mani- Quasqueton and Autumn; Quasqueton's brother played too, I think. I don't suppose they would recall me though. I remember talking a bit to Trebor, BotB mage- lost a duel to Kalani, if I recall, though maybe via devious practice.

I realise now how little I remember. Not only can I not remember friends' names, I can't recall guild names, or even some of my own characters. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Still the chanter! Trebor is a RL friend of mine, and Kalani is my wife! Great times back then!
