As someone who just leveled 2 characters up to 50+ I can tell you its not god/vp geared characters killing lowbies. In fact, half a dozen nihilum have anti-pk twinks just to grief the griefers. Unfortunately this servers PNP and LNS policies are more conducive to PKs than anti pks, because on live people that spent their time trying to grief other players ended up getting corpse camped off the server. On red the good guys would get banned.
