yeah but hes just a big talker. when russia was about to invade ukraine, obama was like "hey! we're gonna take military action if you start pulling the same shit the US does, russia!" and then he bitched out. i wouldnt be surprised if this was just something else the CIA is responsible for to give us a reason to go fuck with another country.
