LOL have you actully read the studies or just some summary that someone put together?
Cause I can tell you this much I have read both and that summary is bullshit.
No electrodes were placed in the monkeys brain so that is a straight lie.
the 2nd study from the 90's that tries to refute did not even look at the brains of the monekys but looked at the brainwaves and DID show that pot effected them
The other Study from the 90's showed that pot smoke degenerated the overall health of the monkeys but again they did not look at the brains to see what happened

Please as with the other guy bring REAL PROOF to the table
