Pretty sure I ended up getting banned for PVPing that group of people in HHK, though I've been waiting for a week+ at this point to actually hear back as to why I'm banned. Turns out that I'm not the only thing shrouded in mystery on this server.

Guess you have reading comprehension problem...my point is if you don't want to join nilly (commit to raiding regularly) your best option is unguilded.
