My options were Nihilum and Azrael. One guild I had friends in before I even started here, other guild killed me naked after rezzes in lavastorm and killed me naked on the way to my corpse running through feerott. When I was a 40 to 50-something shaman I leveled in CoM and TD. Sharknado left me alone, even rezzed me if I died. Even the Circle of Tyrants guys like Murda left me alone and even defended me a couple times in TD. But the one guild that would kill me no matter if I was naked, engaged with a mob, LD, undergeared, etc was Azrael. I was in rags, wielding a sharkbone hammer and splitpaw hide gear. I never whined about it. I played RZ from EQ release until SZ came out and then finished my EQ live time there...getting your newb ass ganked is part of playing here. But it certainly made my decision very easy in the end.
That was pretty much why I joined Nihilum in a nutshell.
