Its an elective procedure! Also if it is a mental issue you are suffering(and I am sure you are) then they should throw you away with the other defectives that think they are in the "wrong" body like the Napoleons and Jesus in the mental wards.

Sorry but I am sure someone was put on a VA wait list so that you can feel more comfortable in your skin.
