On live me and my neighbor friend shared our account. Almost no one in game knew. As I moved on with other things, he played almost fulltime. One of my good friends I made in EQ needed help with a xfer once, but my RL neighbor was playing instead of me. Needless to say he said he would do the xfer, then logged off and stole her stuff.
I punched my neighbor once I learned what he did, and got her her stuff back (6 months after the fact...).

Sorry to the guy on Live who posted his Boots of Flowing Thought on the Bazaar for 110 pp. He meant to sell them for 110k pp, but he screwed it up, and I profited. I would have given them back if he wasn't rude about it, though.
Sorry to my Live guild for working to get awarded a Blade of Carnage, and then quitting the game selling it and other dropables for around 1 million pp. Sold the plat and my account a few weeks later for over $1,300. I was like 13 and that money seemed like a fortune at the time. | ||
