Free mace off undead cleric in Kithicor. Try going while raids are getting setup as they're usually done at kith/wc zonline which is where the undead cleric spawns.
Splitpaw gloves - cheaply cheapy. Savants cap off giants in frontier mountains. Usually sells for cheap. There's probably some more easy ones out there but all this can be gotten at or before l30 on your own or with some help.
