Forum filters?

I have had my fill of socially inept morons shitting all over the forums with their toddler drama. Is there a way to filter out Rants, Flames, and NSFW and PVP subsections so I dont have to swim through diarrhea everytime I check out the forums?

Am I missing a hidden option or do I have to make my own greasemonkey script to take care of this?
