Graphics bug.....

does this happen when you face the same direction everytime..like, say, West?

it used to do that to me for the longest on classic, after a while i would get what the wife and i called "the west bug". it would go away after a bit if i turned off my rig, turns out i had a failing fan on my video card and once it reached a certain temperature i would do it. It was a black screen with a plaid pattern, it is now what i think of when i hear the term Black Irish.

so, yeah, jokes aside, check if it's always the same direction...and then check your vid card fans to make sure they are indeed working. If they are, check the other fans in your rig, your vents and most importantly the exhaust on your power supply.

Yea I checked into all of this....


I monitor my card temps and everything -- card rarely if ever goes above 65C. And that's when I'm playing modern games. Not EQ.
