this isn't new. the court will decide that nothing can be put up regardless of private donation or not.

supreme court ruled that a prayer before a town hall meeting isn't a violation of separation of church in state though. most conservative court since the dred scott decision is setting up some tired battles because they got nothing to do.

same here. this court is either trolling the shit out of everyone (very well) or they're actively trying to turn back our culture to 1900 or earlier if you're scalia.
