That's a little different than sitting around all day thinking about the races you despise, making jokes etc even when there is no interaction with them. Constantly going out of their way and spending countless hours figuring out more creative ways to insult another race with words and other means.

Actually I have never come across an Asian or any other race to do that to be honest besides the typical racist white American.
