To begin to understand why Katy Perry is not attractive you must first educate yourself about a little thing known as the uncanny valley.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uncanny_valley Once you realize that both feet face and mannerisms are freakishly unnatural, it doesn't matter that she has a 9/10 body anymore, you cannot unsee her face.
