I have had similar issues with trade since the last patch. Happens most often when I port someone to Nektulos or Faydark. When we get there they can't initiate a trade with me. I watch them move around and try, it's happened so often that I have a macro that says .. if trade is bugged, use /split. I port folks quite often from EC and have never had a problem with someone trading until after the last patch. Have yet to encounter someone having problems trading with me in EC Tunnel.

The same thing happened to me - twice. In WC tried to pay off a Druid who ported me - he said he was looking at his spellbook and I could not trade with him at all after that.
Next time someone tried to trade with me and I was looking at my spellbook, he could not trade with me, I tried to give him some copper to start the trade and I could not trade with him either. This happened in west fp so I doubt it is a zone thing. Has to be a trade with spellbook open bug. | ||
