Did many velium combines to get 250 Tailoring on EQMac:

[Thu Aug 22 19:55:23 2013] Nimren Stonecutter tells you, 'That'll be 26 platinum 2 gold 5 silver per Coldain Velium Temper.'
[Thu Aug 22 19:55:32 2013] Nimren Stonecutter tells you, 'I charge 525 platinum for 20 Coldain Velium Temper, but you can't afford to buy them.'

That is with max(for purposes of selling prices) Charisma.
