Some halfling in misty was Douche (trying to make Douche Baggins when he hit 20) I think he zoned and had the name constance or prudence or something.
Served him right, and was hilarious to boot after he started ranting about it.

if the names bother you so much you could always put in a guide app and tell them you are only looking to stand in ec tunnel all day and change peoples names.
