Created the Case of Tunarean Crests combine, pending update.

Need his dialogue, faction changes, exp(?), coin, etc rewards to finish writing the quest.

Got just about nothing on this one, even had some old sites in Japanese but all they say is to hand in the Case and you receive the Ring and faction as the reward. Looks like most people were just happy to be done with the quest.
