dont get me wrong, but as a gm its easy to say that everything is fine with the nerf without actually playing with the current nerf and population cut half.

I leveled a toon on red99 prior to the crazy bonus being put in, when it was just the scaling bonus and a sub 100 pop.
that being said, i've never said it was 'fine'. I understand that some kind of accelerated XP is needed 1-60. just not 400%-200% (which is what it was before 1-50)
