It's illogical that an alien race intent on manipulating us through media would assume roles as celebrities. Performers in general have very little sway over the content they produce. An actor is only repeating words written by someone else.

The lizard people would be far better served impersonating screenwriters, producers, directors, etc etc.

As far as conspiracy theories go, this is one of the weakest.
