This item seems to not be dropping.

I'll check in on this; does it drop 50%, 90%, what? I know it's classic so that's not an issue, i'm just unsure of the droprate.

I put it in on with the other quest item drops until we can get more information. I have a feeling that's where it was supposed to be, though, it wasn't there before.
