It was done on purpose, and has nothing to do with the GM's. The answer to almost every question or concern you or anyone else may have about the box can usually be answered with: you know who.

That's what I was afraid of. Funny how blue server got "Starting Zone" forum while the pvp crowd was engaged in serious talks about making the leveling game easier/more viable.
