Azrael has made it clear that they are the current "bad guys" of the server, and have turned to griefing underleveled Red Dawn where and when they can out of frustration as a response to the rest of the server working together at times (which came about as a response to Azrael's actions...).

That said, it seems silly to insist that Azrael lied to the GMs and conned them into spawning PD for them. Deru's account paints a very messy picture for all involved, and while it's possible that Azrael did lie to an extent there is not enough evidence to punish them as a guild. It seems most likely that Azrael is telling the truth. VP sounds confusing as hell.

The GMs made a mistake, which will happen from time to time, and Azrael got the chance to kill PD when they shouldn't have. Azrael should (and I'm sure they will, as it's kind of ridiculous to suggest otherwise) get to keep the loot. There's no reason to punish Azrael for a GM mistake, though there is plenty of reason to punish Azrael for other things.

Mostbitter is discussing in bad faith, i got a fungi rolled on months before once again from guildies in Seb (Valentin, another melee who was already wearing one won the roll) it wasnt my first time in Seb thats just nonsense.

Hes a compulsive liar, at this point heartbrand is right though, if i continue this discussion with mostbitter it will lead nowhere and shit up this high quality thread, snicker snicker.

Those were two entirely different scenarios, and to compare them makes no sense. If a dragon is spawned by the GMs for a raid, they are expected to kill it and hand out loot. If permabanned characters become unbanned without a word from the GMs and devs, the correct response is not to immediately strip them of all items and money in preparation of the reapplication of the bans. Friend.
