Hybrids to auto gain levels when penalty removed?

Great post Mirox...

To summarize for everyone:
exp tables remain unchanged, but hybrids essentially get a 1.4* multiplier to exp gained from kills (they get more exp per kill to offset the increased exp required to level).

That makes a lot more sense. Thanks all.
