I'm not even asking for immediate, yet critical, changes. All I would simply request would be a substantive staff response regarding the current outstanding issues the community is chasing our collective tail over..

1. The exp nerf, what is the plan to compensate (group bonus?) the sub 50, and even sub 60 community.

2. The migration of Red99 from the Legendary server bracket with its sister blue server to the "KIKI'S PLAYHOUSE [god/custom/furries] 2 ONLINE" bracket. Why was this move done?

3. What are the future goals, plans, ideas regarding development of the Red server? I realize Velious has the lion's share of dev attention at the moment, but do you have an idea? If so, what is it? I'm not even asking for timelines, just something positive to mentally masturbate over.

The combination of periods of silence, only to be punctuated with very odd staff/community interaction (Less QQ, Moar PewPew / No more criticism of staff) seem to be producing the toxicity that the staff was said to want to mitigate. I think responding to some of these questions could help ALOT in that regard.

Unfortunately what tends to happen when I or someone else make a comment like this , the staff (seemingly) doesn't read it, Colgate or somebody will have not read it but at least let one know they didn't read it (tl;dr fgt lol), and then a staff member will, for some reason, respond to some irreverent post by Chortled or Hateraid or somebody, then vanish for another week or so. I hope I'm proven wrong, and the air is cleared and some questions are answered.

beyond that, theres a ton of players re-asking the exact same questions in different forms because they think its going to get them a different answer. it's not. we know what youre asking, and when we have the green light from management to discuss it, we will.

and yes, it gets very aggravating to hear the same questions being asked over and over and over again, especially after we have already addressed them (as best as we are allowed to) and after we have said more is coming and / or is in the works. so if at times you see me or another staff member getting a little trolly, its because it's really hard to take u guys serious when its the same exact shit in every post in every thread asking the same things that we've already addressed.

it's almost like some of you believe that maybe, just maybe, this strategy will somehow yield your desired results? well allow me to save you all some time, it won't.

we'll announce things when we can. until then, log in and play, or, if you have absolutely zero faith in the staff and think im just blowing smoke up your ass, then you should just uninstall and run away as fast as you can. personally, i would never play on a server where i didn't trust the staff.

Same issue has been addressed multiple times, in multiple threads, by multiple staff members. We are not stupid. We had a plan going into this, and part of that plan was getting everyone off the insane accelerated XP cold turkey. Everyone will just have to wait and see what else is in store for Red 99.

We're not trying to be condescending, dismiss your concerns, or ignore you. There is just only so much we can say. We have a very specific, very controlled plan for not only how things will be implemented, but also how they will be announced, that all ties into revitalizing the box and getting Red99 the population it deserves.

We get flamed, trolled, called-out, insulted, and ranted at, but your Project 1999 staff still, and always will, care. We have a big place in our hearts for our red pals, large and small, and continue to work to make this box flourish like it should.

being able to be killed by someone +8 levels higher than you is not a "consequence" of pvp

It just means these neckbeards crying about EXP loss to their level 60's have an excuse to QQ about 60 and to abuse being level 60.

Grow the fuck up, ide be more than happy to pvp legit FFA 100% if the server wasn't ruled by these bluebeareded pixel QQing forces.

+/-4 + item loot means your a god(ess) amoung mortal folk and willing to risk it all for dat ultimate win - being good at the game, not being superior at "time spent" or "levels accrued"
