Quest Issue: Necromancer Skullcap (#8) - Flaxen Lock of Hair implemented yet?

I just finished the 7th skullcap and wanted to know if the 8th was doable ?

Can you guys even get the Iksar Hermit to give you the last step of the quest? I've ground faction out to Warmly with him and he still says I have more deeds to prove myself (I have the cap just before the one with Heart Flutter charges, ie. the combine from Dalnir or whatever).

On live you could say "I am a great sorcerer" to get +brood of kotiz hits. Can't here?

I've told him, "I am a great sorcerer" and nothing happens other than his response regarding more deeds to prove myself.

I think (but not sure) that I am faction capped with them and still receive this message (although I haven't received the, "your faction could not possibly get any better" ever, not sure if that exists on p99).

I have killed over 560 iksar with +BroodofKotiz faction hits since becoming Warmly with them (which would seem like it would hit a faction ceiling).

you sure this quest is supposed to be in game yet?

its unclear reading through comments 1) when this went in 2) when this was completable

guess from just glancing is it didnt go in until mid velious, then wasnt solved till after luclin (which says nothing about when it was completable)

You could always get the quest. It may have been broken, but I kind of doubt it was. The kaesora part wasn't solved for a long long time.

These were probably combined for it, but I think VI changed it to just drop from chief as a whole part when Droga was changed.
