This server already has far too high of gear concentration. At most simulated repops every 2-3 weeks.

Also question. Do the repops affect timers? Meaning if the normal timers are Tuesday morning when simulated repops happen does this change the timer?

Ya I agree. Should be the same on blue; once every 2-3 weeks makes a lot more sense. Is insane how much the EC market has been flooded and hurting lately. Is a treacherous market for folks trying to sell things in EC.
