Its important that one server is good (has item loot) while I think it would be better to go classic and make r99 item loot, and teams not, it would be just as fun for it to be on teams before the teams get too unbalanced and probably even after that.
Plus one server deserves a good healthy item looty start from day 1.

It did not work back the days, with far, far more players. And it wont work today.
Beside this, the loosers would be the lowbies, because most of the high level stuff is no drop anyway.
