WIZARD EPIC TURN IN (CT SKIN) 1/20 AT 9 PM EST

So how did this work. For the certain turn in involving Cazic's Skin then NPC just needs it in possession for "X" Amount of time while you turn in the certain piece for that part? Does this only work with the wizard epic?

Had to look into this myself since I'm only familiar with the broken golem version of the quest.

But turning in CT skin spawns the NPC in Halas who then expects the 3 staves (phinny, VS and Tola's turnin). I guess he doesn't despawn after a single turnin so you can let multiple wizards do their turnins.

the skin is turned into a npc butcherblock, and eventually you get a note. that note is what is used in halas to spawn the npc.
